SpaceGenie — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SpaceGenie ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SpaceGenie is an AI-powered interior design application that uses artificial intelligence to transform photos of your rooms into different design styles. The App provides design inspiration and visualization and is not a substitute for professional interior design services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• SpaceGenie offers free and premium subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Ultimate).
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple.
• Each subscription tier includes a monthly design allowance (15, 30, or 60 designs per month respectively). Unused designs do not carry over to the next month.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated design images created through the App are for your personal use. SpaceGenie retains ownership of the App, its technology, and all related intellectual property. The design styles, presets, and AI models used in the App are proprietary.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated designs are for inspiration purposes only. We do not guarantee that generated designs will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Results may vary based on photo quality and room conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
