1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MyFaithBridge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MyFaithBridge is an interfaith scripture exploration app that provides access to sacred texts from Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism. The App includes AI-powered search, scripture comparison, daily inspiration, and bookmarking features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
5. AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide scripture search results and chat responses. AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses. Always verify important religious or spiritual information with authoritative sources.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App to promote hatred or discrimination against any religion or group
- Scrape or systematically download content from the App
7. Intellectual Property
The App design, code, and original content are the property of Anil Celik / Thracode Studio. Sacred texts included in the App are in the public domain or used under applicable licenses.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
